Other sites stealing EP hatch member's pictures???

I've been noticing that ive started to see more and more EPhatch members cars showing up on other car companies or forum websites. Take for example, Guardian's EP is on ClubEP3.net (i know i said the bad word, but its for good purpose.) I also found 88CRX's on some random dutch tuning company's website

I know that once a pic is on the net, its a free for all, but I figure maybe the owners of the pics might like to know how they are being used.

I was always wondering that. I had seen a few of them, and I was always pretty sure the owners didn't even know. I know the pictures, once posted, are public, but I think that if they are taken and used by a company to try and make a profit, then that's where it's maybe illegal? I dunno, it just sounds wrong to me. Like free advertising

That's why pics should be watermarked.

I didnt know that we were prohibited from also participating at other car sites........

But if those sites do use pic's that were not posted originally by the owner they should at least give the owner a shout out or something.
