As some of you may know ( mostly the turbo guys) my transmission has taken a shit on me. I would love to have fixed it now , but funds are tight and summer is over, my Ep is not my daily driver , so fixing the trans now didn't make much sense. So this winter I'm hoping to fix a bunch of tiny little issues with the car. Nothing to major , but I'm hoping to come back better than ever next year. So this thread is just to share my progress over the winter. I might add more boost but for now that's the last thing to do on here. Every update will have pics and a quick description on this post...

So first at hand one thing i was never to pleased with were my choice of gauges. This is the current setup, aem wideband , autometer cf egt gauge, and eBay glowshift gauge ( surprised on how accurate this gauge is and has worked flawless for years)

I would like to have all matching gauges so my gf for my bday purchased me this


As of right now this is all I've got.. Next spring is still aways away, so stay tuned for more updates

Heres the list of what I'm trying to accomplish for the winter. I duno how much I will get but 1 and 8 are definates depending the severity of my trans once its out of the car .
1 aem boost gauge
2 shave my bumper lights from front / rear bumper for a true type r ep3 look
3 seibon mugen cf hood
4 depo type r projector headlights
5 amber side markers
6 skunk 2 lca
7 progress rear sway bar
8 synchrotec trans with LSD , carbon synchros
9 aem oil pressure gauge - purchased
10 a possible retune for 14 psi with my meth kit
11 hks turbo timer

Bump. Not much of an update but the ep is in official hibernation mode and also here's a video of my injured trans.. wait till I put it in 4th.... Ouch !

Care to share some info on the meth kit. I'm getting one pretty soon.

I used it mostly when I was jrsc. I was able to advance timing a lot. The turbo I'm using it more as a safety factor. And almost everyone i have talked to keeps telling me to keep it that way and not use it as a power adder. But u can Definately use it as a power adder . You can even use the nos option in kpro to use it. All up to you. Good luck with it

Yea man. It's great for jrsc guys .Caus we never had a cooling option available to us. Did u get retuned yet? I remember you saying that at the meet .
