any 17 wheel with a width of 7-8inch with an offset around +35 to +45 will look nice when paired with a 225/45-17 tire at that height. "nice fit" isn't really specific. you looking for fitment or performance?
sorry I forget I need to chose my words very carefully on here. I guess what I ment to say is, What will work and not have rubbing issues or sticking out from the fender. More towards handeling, but also what will look nice as well. I was curious to see what others have done and their experiences with it.
im running hfp suspension.
17x7.5 +45 rotas
235/40/17 bfg gforce sport.
no rubbing at all.
Wo! you are running 235 all around? no rubbing?
Did you roll your fender?
yup. 235s all around.
no rubbing and no rolling fenders and no crazy camber. its all good.
I was surprised! hahhahah, I think the most I can get is 225 without fender rolling....lol
I just installed my HFP kit in my 04 hatch, it feels smoother and better handling is a plus. I got OEM tires and wheels (16") and will need to buy new tires in 3-4 months. I am not sure what tires to buy yet...
with the money you would spend on the falkens you might as well get the hankooks.. if you're really looking for performance, the Dunlope Star Specs are the way to go. night and day with the stability and grip available to you both immediately and after a few laps..
Thanks guys. appreciate the input

The 225/45/17's work about the best.
