All i gotta say is this car is a fuckin trip. absoulte amazing to drive. its going to be amazing blasting across the country with it. its so fast. its easy to drive and get around town, very streetable...but if you want to rup someones face off..then holy hell...you can eat peoples first born. Awesome car. feels awesome, pulls awesome, sounds awesome..its pure awesome.

I am glad you are enjoying the EP! they def. put in a lot of work to get to where the EP is.

you should just update this thread. make multiple posts in order to keep your pictures together. reserve them that way when you post your pictures, there will not be breaks in the pictures.

THE FLIGHT...

so after getting at the airport 2 hours before check in..we find out their entire network is down..yup...shit the bed..they are hand writing tickets and calling them in. needless to say..we waited in line for 3 hours..some random indian dude walked up the front like he was important, i lost my shit and screamed at him and told him to get the fuck in the back of line...we know your important and we dont give a fuck..your fucking everything up, now get in the back of the line. so he did. and everyone said thank you to me. i replied that its to fuckin early for people to play like that.

so our 525am flight got moved back to 10:30am flight..which fucked the entire days travel...we should have been in cali at 11:25am their time..instead we got in at 8pm cali time. a nice 5 hour lay over in houston texas was nice.
Tony at skunk2 was the man, took us out and showed us some cool shit, and then took us over to his house and showed us his beautiful magazine status monster of an rx7. thing was evil...verrrrry evil.

grabbed our hotel and then the next day...grabbed my ep.



finally got comfortable in the airport

charles getting the stubborn silencer in there..it was bein a bitch! he insisted he got it in there and did it right...says alot about them. they made sure everything was perfect before the long journey home. Not just quality parts, but super nice dudes that work there.

So after leaving skunk2 we shot over to Newport beach just for shits and giggles..it was cloudy but it was a cool experience seeing the traffic, highways (stop lights gettin on and off the highways) carls jr's, in and outs, and wow..just lots of cool stuff. so after that we heading back to the hotel to sleep up and get moving to vegas the next day.

we roll into vegas and get a room at the hilton...we kinda said we were part of a race across america...which we were..expect it was a 1 man race..and by race we meant we have about 10 days to get back :) we all had matching shirts and shit so its legit..it was just no one else came along for the trip :) just us. so we got the room a little cheaper. After valet'n the car and getting unpacked etc, we headed to the pool...only to find it was a mob scene...totally packed..but fuck it...we were sweating our asses off anyway so we jumped in like little sardines and enjoyed...off to the bar to buy way over priced drinks and have a few chuckles...since we got in vegas i had a few important things on my mind that were really eating me so i was getting antsy and uptight and nervous. We went and screwed around in the casino's and walked around...took the monorail around...After Dr Charles said to hit the Bellagio for the all you can eat buffet of crab legs, prime rib, ribs etc...we did...we parked it right there. i had to have eaten about 300$ worth of prime rib, my buddy and girlfriend must have eaten the same! so after eating there we decided to go for a walk. we headed out in front of the ballagio to a spot i really wanted to see. after walking around frontof that i found the perfect spot..right in front of the water music show. we had our own little nook and could watch it..so i asked my buddy eric to take a picture of us in front of it..and discretely asked him for a ring that i had stashed away before the trip start..he gets me the ring without her seeing and we start to take the picture..while i kiss her, and get down on one knee and ask her to marry me. she freaks out...hits me a few times and says yes yes yes yes! lol..it was hilarious. one of the happiestest moments of my life (getting the ep and this are neck and neck right now) lol..but awesome none the less.

So we left vegas, engaged, full and well rested..oh and up about $130...gotta love 20$ buy in roulette tables..black jack too.

Hoover Dam.

Sooooo after the festivities in Vegas, we moved onward to the hoover dam. wasnt to bad of a drive. but it was pretty dam hot out. we packed up the car, had the valet bring the car back out...and they loved it! they couldn't believe how fast it was...i was like yeah..your in a parking lot it should not have been to fast bub. either way, grab the car and off we go. about a few hours or an hour away, we reached our destination. cant remember time frames right now. just got back at 3am this morning. but we were so miserable when we showed up. sitting in the car and sweating our balls off made us all sour. not to mention some road work traffic etc. we get there and we park, we are told that the gift shop, restaurant etc are closed. not cool. so whatever. we walked around took some pics and didn't really seem to impressed. when we got over the bridge and to the other side, there are little parking spots. so i was very excited i could take pics with the new bridge they are building in the back ground. so we got some pics, some thumbs up and some smiles. ended up being a nice ending to a cruel day.

After driving through the dam, we were driving and realized we need gas...and we need it fast. so we quickly went to the nearest station which was 26 miles from the dam. So we fueled up and moved onto the next spot. operation find a hotel near the grand canyon. so as we were driving we found a little shit hole in the wall place. about 15 miles from the grand canyon..mead view hotel or something. walk in before they closed up, looked at the guy and asked how much for a night, this asshole just smerks at me and says 65 a night...i almost shit. reluctantly i said fine and just got a room and called it a night.

next day was the grand canyon :) yay...or so i thought

So...we get to the grand canyon...and barely. I picked to go to the skywalk part becuase we thought it was a great idea, and something different. Well i picked the most expensive place. crazy expensive to get to the skywalk let alone walk on it..and you cant take pics out there either while your on the sky walk...absolute rip off. we paid over 300$ for 3 people.

Anyway, so it starts taking a nice right hand turn down a nice freshly paved road...beautiful...sick sweet road to drive on....after about 2 miles of that it turns to dirt. not just solid hard pack dirt either..it was all sorts of rumble strip bumpy..it was horrible. like the rumble strips on the side of teh highway...except all the way across the road. and almost the whole way...they loose gravel on top of that hardpark weird shit...lots of bumps..it was a recipe for disaster in 100+ degree weather. esp at 5,000 foot elevation. oh and did i mention..it was 14 miles at about 10-20mph of this horrid shit road. i was shitting bricks the whole entire way there. it was terrible. this instantly put me in a terrible mood becuase i felt like i was destroying this car. thats how bad the road was. so after the 14 miles we get back onto a paved road and well we get there after this 45 min escapade/rally cross, and the car is bubbling mad...the coolant was bubbling...and not very happy...at all..so i hear this and get instant bullshit freak out mode...grab some waters...soaked the radiator and tryed to cool it down..Eric reminds me that were 5,000 feet higher than normal..waters/rad fluid boiling point has changed...so i said okay ...let her cool down, lets take some pics and then drive to this skywalk thing...get to a security check point thing..."sir any guns, drugs etc" "negative sir" okay then please go park the car over there and a bus will bring you to the skywalk...WHATTTTT!!! couldnt take our car to any of the check points..had to be bussed everywhere once out there.

well after we got to the first checkpoint (eagle check point) and took pics with the eagle canyon thing..i was starting to relax and have a good time..get on the bus and to go guano point...well once there i realize the camera bag and the keys to the car...are together..back at the last checkpoint (eagle check point) i freeeeeeeak out...ask the random dude with a cowboy hat and name tag..he doesnt work there...so we found another guy..he does..he tells me to wait a few and his base will report back..well they dont for like 5 minutes. i asked if he could bring me back there some how...so he did, and bring me back there fast he did. he was flying on this little canyon road..about 40-60mph whipping..scared the shit out of me, and low and behold..my camera bag with keys..sitting on the rock near the canyon edge just where i left it. longest 15 minutes of my life...god that sucked. anyway, we had a lot of fun.

the 14 mile drive back wasnt as bad, but scary. we got to the point were we could see the pavement again...literally less than 1 mile away from the pavement and boom..all electronics are gone...All of them. lights, radio, everything..couldnt even bump start the car. well, apparently the vibrations were so bad it shook my positive battery terminal connection right off. thank god! reconnect and off we went!
