New rims and Tires

Hey guys so I bought new used rims (with tires)

17x8.5 ET32 offset all round gram light 57s
Tires front 225/45/17
Rear 215/45/17

Stock height no modification and it fit np....only problem is when I have people in the back it rubs the fender on big bumps...once or twice on trips (with weight in rear) np if no on in back

I love the look of the car now but theres a need inside growing in which i want to lower my car 1/2 an inch or so

Im looking at this guys car with my rims looking almost identical to his with just his offset off by 2
I was looking at koni yellows with ground control springs but not sure if that would give the intended drop i want (ps im going to be running -2 camber front and -1.5 in the rear, if not more to make it fit)

Well as of now i don't (IF i dont run anyone in the back of my car) The red ep3 has BC coilovers installed which im currently researching
My price range is about 1000 so not sure which path would be best? Im looking at DD winter and summer with tracking 3-5 times a year at most (just for fun)

I sold them, didnt love them as i thought i would, and got these, sure they weigh more than the rega masters at 18lbs per rim but u cant go wrong with 17x8.5 :)
The look is just way wide now and love it everyminute i roll in them, just need to get better suspension and then work on a power upgrade
