bouncing / high Idle problem

I recently swapped a RBB manifold onto my K24a1 and now it wont Idle properly.

The idle rests around 1100 RPM and occasionally will bounce from 1000 to 3000 rpm, and under light load( say driving on a flat road) i feel a fluctuation or hesitation around 2500RPm almost as if the idle is surging or adding more fuel?

Ive cleaned the IACV, check the cables for tightness, looked for vacuum leaks and its still not working, the only CEL I have is the front O2( running rich cause of the injectors)

ANY ideas?
( its a K24a1 with RBB manifold,short ram intake, 4-2-1 headers, and 480cc injectors, no kpro its still a stock computer)

Is the TPS calibrated in Kpro?

sorry Talon, its stills a stock computer so no calibration for me.

Its there a way to manual adjust the idle?
