    Question Didnt know exactly where to put this.... Gas Pedal is squeaking when disengaging...

    I was driving and i put my music off next thing you know my gas pedal squeaks every time i disengage what does that mean? Does anyone know what I could do to fix it? Please place this in the right forum, Thanks very much.

    where is it squeaking? directly behind the pedal?

    Mine squeaks at the pedal pivot itself. It was not annoying till m stereo went to shit. I may get in there today and lube it with some teflon based lube.
    Made with bits of real panther, so you know it's good.

    Where coudl I get some teflon base lube? And if it's possible Chad, Would it be too much to ask for pics? or a small DIY? lol. I would appreciate it. Thanks very much!

    I hit it with a dab of automotive grease cause I didn't want lithum grease all over the interior.
