      rice.. as in rice rocket.. cars that have huge spoilers, gay altezzas, blue light bulbs... the cheap crap that serves NO purpose on imported cars. its called rice. for more examples of "rice" check out www.APC.com or your local pep boys has a nice selection of rice. hahaha hope that explains it..
