    Just installed turbo - Problem! HELP

    So a week ago i picked up a used greddy turbo kit on here. The install went smoothe everything went on. No problems just a couple of stubborn bolts . The usual.

    The kit came with rc 550cc saturated injectors that appeared to be working fine.

    With the first start up the car appeared and sounded ok until kpro was throwing out cylinder 3 misfiring code

    so my friends and i thought it to be the spark plugs first because my car is on oem plugs with 80k

    (just starting the elimination process)

    we then saw the plugs and they appeared to be fine, but to try and eliminate it being the plugs we used the plugs that the seller included with the kit. Denso iridium's one step colder(Used). we popped them in with antiseize and started the car back up. the code was still up

    because of process of elimination we turned to the injectors

    i pulled the clip and connector out of injector one while the engine was running. As you expected the engine reacted and bogged because of the lack of an extra cylinder. we did this for all plugs and all reacted the same except cylinder three. so we knew then that it was the injector in there.

    so we proceeded to check if it was possibly the connection and or the soldering i did to the harness with the new connectors. after checking the connection and flipping the wires the other way the cylinder still was misfiring.

    so after all of that,

    im making a trip down to rc engineering in torance,Ca tomorrow morning and get all my injectors cleaned. hopefully flow is restored.

    my question to you guys is...

    i started the car up today and it started up but the code for a misfiring cylinder didnt come up on kpro, but code p0134 came up which is a/f ratio sensor 1 no activity.

    AND TO TOP it off i had a bunch of fuel coming out of the exhaust and through a gasket between the midpipe and test pipe i have

    any thoughts on this code.. or why im spewing gas like a mad man out my exhaust

    (also i pulled the spark plugs out and they were fouled ((pitch black))

    i definitely believe its the injectors and im in need of getting those fixed. how can i fix the code. should i just shut it off in kpro?

    what are the cause and effects of that

    1. You should be running one step colder plugs anyways
    2. You need to replace that o2 sensor asap. Car will not run right without it
    3. You are running super rich, get that o2 sensor replaced first then check if you have a leaky injector

    update:

    got injectors cleaned to perfection

    bought new ngk iridiums SP

    and after running the car for a while the p0134 code for sensor one shut off. and isnt shooting the CEL anymore

    NOW:

    i have misfires in every cylinder though. CEL p0300- 0304

    ANY THOUGHTS?

    hmm the kal wouldnt cause this. Any other codes? Is the multiplexer turned on?

    multiplexer??

    the codes now are

    p0300-0304..all cylinder misfires

    and one occurence of p0134 which is the primary 02 sensor

    I had the misfires codes, also had the "randome misfire" code. U need to be tuned. When i turbod my car I had the same code but the car still ran fine. Tuner told me caus i was to rich. After I got tuned the codes went away

    well my tune day is tomorrow at a nearby shop. Hopefully everything goes well. and the codes go away

    So went to the shop today and found out what the problem was.

    my ecu maps for injector 3 got fried.

    the tuner at the shop said everything seems to be running properly so all that is left is the ecu.

    i currently have a dead cylinder 3. no fuel is going in at all

    any know where i can get them cheap other than a junk yard?

    i'm confused by that last post. What do you need cheap? an ecu?

    i had a random misfire was well a lonngggg time ago.

    i checked the gap, actually i just installed them, and made sure they were VERY VERY VERY snug. they may have been too loose.

    Sorry for the confusion

    I need a cheap pnf ecu because they said that my ecu maps for the injectors were fried( I guess that means the signal the ecu sends to the injector isn't functioning)

    We pulled the connector out of every injector and all reacted(bogged) except cylinder three.

    So he said either the ecu is bad or somehow the wire that runs to the ecu( for cylinder 3) is bad.

    We checked compression. The coils, spark plugs, injectors, the soldering, vacuum leaks.

    Nothing came up faulty

    So what he said he could do is if I grab him a pnf ecu he could have the kpro chip removed and he would send it to his friend at hondata and have him swap it to the new ecu
