EP3 4 lug to ep3 5 lug conversion

so ok im thinkin of switchin my ep3 from 4 lug and swaping in 04-05 si 5 lug.
what do i neeed to do the swap?? Calipers?? rotors?? hubs?? Cables?? plz help =]]

Is that it wow no caliper changing, or axles or pads, hmm well where can I get the hubs beside wrecking yard, ive tried lookin at autozone but I only see the rear hubs I can't find fronts
