Looking for some clarification

Hey folks, been some time since my last post. New kid, new job and new house I'm finally getting around to tinkering with my ep which has been mostly garaged for the last year or two.

I'm working on swapping a k24a2 head on my a1 this fall, it came with what I am told is a K20A intake and a z1 exhaust cam. First question is how can I tell if these are indeed these cams? All I can see on them is "ex2" on one and "ex3" on the other. Secondly if anyone has an informed opinion on these cams overall being used, I will still be running a turbo through them. I'm not sure these cams are optimal but they were cheap so all things being equal I'm tempted to use them unless it's not advisable. Thanks

Type R intake and a2 or Z exhaust is a good combo. but i have no idea how to tell them apart.

i have 2003 k20a2 cams if you need a referrance set.
