    Pulley Upgrades

I want to upgrade my blower pulley but I'm not sure what size i should do? Also, do you need to change out anything else other than the blower pulley? I'm making great numbers with the standard 4'' pulley.....

I hit 250Hp at the wheels. Ill Post the Dyno graphs

Here is the latest DYNO graph for my I made 251.7HP and 180.9ft-Ibs
I don't understand the drop in hp right at the end of the pull? Maybe belt slippage?

I'm sorry for the Low quality picture, my scanner isn't working at the moment.

    Still just the k20a3

    Mods:
    JRSC race kit. (4inch pulley)
    Kpro
    DC sport Header
    High Flow cat
    Greddy evo 2 exhaust
    e85 tuned

    I just recently installed;

    skunk2 Valve-train
    Skunk2 Stage 2 Cams
    Skunk 2 Cam Gears
    Arias Pistons
    Eagle Rods
    ARP head studs

( Still within break in period, after this miserable 2000 Miles i will get it re-tuned and post Graphs..)

I'm trying to get the most out of my a3 i know i would see a larger HP gain with a k24 but i want to see how far up i can get my a3 on the HP ladder..

I'm dying to see numbers on my new build. I will Post the DYNO graph with the new build soon! I just need to get some more boost, Jose from mercracing.com is making me a custom after cooler for my JRSC he is having a hard time because of space restrictions as most of you know but he promises they can do it.

Nice numbers! You can run a 3.8 or 3.7 pulley, upgrade your map sensor and check that your injectors can handle the duty. Oh yeah smaller belt will be needed.

3.8" with a 2.5" RSX Idle Pulley for your tensioner. A 62.2" belt will be able to fit the 4" and 3.8" as long as you have the 2.5" RSX Idle pulley. This will also help with belt slippage on the 3.8" pulley. Heat is going to be your enemy though. The extra heat usually is not worth the gain from the extra 2 PSI of boost unless you couple it with a water/meth kit. Are the pistons higher compression? And those numbers are just stupid for a K20A3 on the 4" pulley...lol

I have seen a setup on a new mini, not on an ep though. Used an M62 blower and a turbo which size I do not remember. This was a race car though using a full Autronic stand-alone and race built motor. Engine bay was fooking crammed...lol
