Problem: THUMP when hitting dips with Progress rear sway

I just installed a Progress 04-05 Civic SI rear sway with tie bar on my 05 EP3. Only modification I have back there is a GReddy Evo II catback. When I hit dips, the rear would make a clunk, I am assuming its the exhaust hitting the rear sway bar since its about half an inch apart... anybody else having issues like this?

From what I have read it is common for the progress sway to hit the exhaust expecially an aftermarket one
