Well if you need a good shop (fully insured/ licensed) to put on modifications (like turbo kits, etc..) My shop does that kind of stuff..
The owners dd is a 1987 supra w/ 1uz swap (v8 from a toyota truck) and a 88 celica alltrac he just rebuilt the motor in.. Very good at what he does.

we warranty our work (I.e: If the turbo only had 2 bolts on and it fell off) but obviously can not warranty a malfunction in the aftermarket part
