but i want to have rims with some lip.
wuts the lowest offset i can run?
and will there neeed 2 be modifications to run low offset.

Your question is written a bit awkward
I'm no offset wizard but this might help the other ep hatchers answer.

You can run whatever offset you want with or without modification.
Are you asking, what is the lowest offset you can run without modification?
Is your car dropped?
Also, wheel width comes into factor.

yes my car has skunk2 lowering springs.
i want to run a 0 offset but im askin if i need to roll my fenders or stretch my tires or put in some spacers.
the rims i want r 16x8 5x114.3 0 offset.
i wanna know what i have to do to run them

You'll have to roll your fenders in the rear.
Stretching is more along the lines "if you want to" not "you have to"

I'd say maybe try a +10. then get a spacer if you want to run 0
but
I'm no guru at wheels.

Find somebody with the same spec wheel as you, and mount it on and see how it sits

i had the gold jmags before and i thnk it only looks good on yellow cars. its one of those weird things. the other is ok as well. do what u like and dont worry what other ppl think. rota is an ok brand depending on who u ask.
