Car is getting repainted (same color)
got all transmission parts (install with motor swap...soon)
Decided to go boost. Selling Private label header and Apex'i Midpipe soon.

should be picking up a K24A2 in a week or so. turbo being ordered monday. along with some misc accessories for that.

Can't wait to see how your car turns out. Congrats on the TSX motor. I just swapped in a CRV motor and I'm loving it. TSX + Turbo is going to be sick.

so i pretty much started the swap today, and got everything off the A3 that needs too, but the garage was closing so i didn't get to pull the motor.

honestly, if i had gone with my original plan, i would have had it dropped through the bottom a few hours earlier. there's too much crap in the way up top that you have to dick with.

and for all you people that accidentally dropped your axles out during spring installs, or coil-over install, i wish i had your luck. i could NOT get the axles out to save my life, hours wasted on pulling and prying and jiggling and you name it. i finally got a big friendly crow bar and popped the driver side out, then somehow i grabbed the passenger side, and it slid out. there was lots of cursing.

so basically, i have a civic sitting on a lift, with the engine/tranny dangling by 2 mounts, and all accessories removed. clutch slave is removed, shifter cables, harness pulled through firewall, axles are off, fuel lines are pulled, and rad hose is separated from engine.

i didn't take any pictures, because theres nothing exciting about a dirty k20a3 being pulled from an ep3.

using a stock clutch!??! u so krazy. i had an upgraded clutch(not 6 puck) and it was goin quick when i was boosted. mite as well get the 6 puck while everything is out. gewd luck with the build.

yeah im lame. w/e tho it was either a stg something clutch and no build, or a NEW clutch and more goodies.i now have better resources for these kind of things. back when i bought it, i didn't. oh well.
