so its time for a new clutch and i want to upgrade to somthing a little better than stock. i have basic bolt ons and i dd the car and auto x frequently and track bout once a year. so i been in contact with THMotorsports bout the clutch and flywheel combo. i am considering going with the exedy stage 1 with the light weight flywheel. is that a good setup or is their somthing better someone could recomend.

stage 1 is going to be like oem. its fine for basic bolt ons. as long as you dont plan on boosting anytime soon, you should be fine.
shopping.google.com - u can pair a light fly and stage one for 400$ shipped...cause i just bought mine =] i just saved u 150$!
thanks ill look into that. i searched on here and alot of ppl say oem is the way to go like type r flywheel or rsx s with a stage one clutch.
still havnt found anything yet suggestions ppl

so i am now considering going with the stage 2 exedy clutch and exedy lightweight fly. i have future plans of possible sc so dont wanna go back and replace later. has anyone used this clutch before. and my second gear has slight grind when i auto x. its not consistant but i think its due to the milage on my clutch now 90k with three years or track use. so my question is if this new clutch will ruin my trans or if it will help.
