J's Racing blue gradation titanium shiftknob...does it fade?

Whats up guys, i currently have a T1R titanium shift knob (it faded). Can anyone who owns a J's Racing titanium blue knob vouch that it wont fade? I have a friend with a ARC titanium knob and his faded as well so im looking into the J's knob. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, i guess all ti-knobs fade from the oils from our hands unless they are clear coated. I know you can re torch em to get the burnt look back. I ordered the J's knob anyways, if it fades then it fades.

Its a sick knob, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Although I'm really liking my ARC one right now as its a little bigger.

I actually prefer my ball knobs to be smaller but i can make an exception for the J's knob. My T1R is slightly smaller than the ARC my friend has...its all preference. But really all JDM ti knobs are the shit, whether you go with BYS (backyard special), T1R (type one racing, J's Racing, etc. your getting a baller as knob and it just feels good having that piece in your car...at least thats how i feel. So you have a ARC in your MR2? Nice combo you have there.

Looks beautiful...i made this same thread on CRSX and everyone is flaming me for spending so much on a shift knob. I do feel the price is redonkulous but i just had to have this ballin (no pun intended) piece of bling inside the cabin of my car.

Yeah, I got the same, I paid almost $200 and waited 3 months for my j's knob when I bought it. Whatev's man, its your $ spend it on what you want ;)

True that, my local shop had 4 of em in stock. 2 were the blue gradient models and the other 2 were the polished ones. Although i dont think i will spend this much on another shift knob in the future lol. But yeah your right, i am not dissappointed with the J's knob.
