does anyone know if mugen front and back strut tower bars from an RSX will fit our EP's? or if any Cusco bars are made for our EP? maybe a web site?

Hello,
The front strut tower brace will NOT FIT THE USPEC EP3. There are hard lines and brake components that will interfer with the JSPEC strut tower brace. I dont know about the rears. Those should be the same. Even our rear braces fit the EP3 from the RSX.
