Motor skipped but still runs? misfire?

Accelerating onto the interstate today. Sounded like my motor skipped and then the cel came on. Immediately hit the clutch and pulled over.
Looked like oil all the way up the stick.

No idea what it is and everything's closed for a couple days so i was wondering if anyone would have an idea.

Car starts, runs fine. So it sounds anyway.

oil on the dipstick always looks high right when you pull it out, you need to wipe it off than check it again, we cant really help you at all until you get the code read and tell us

I am going to lean towards low engine oil without actually hearing what the CEL is, just due to the circumstances of when it came on.

BUT have the code read before anything else, any Auto-Zone etc will have a code reader, and they will check it for free, the stealership will charge you $$$$$$

Make sure to get the actual code and not the definition, it will be in the Pxxxx format. Honda uses differing definitions than what the universal readers have stored.
