    Im lost ....need help asap

    IDK WHAT ELSE IT COULD BE IM LOST ...MAYBE YOU GUYS CAN HELP ME I HAVE A 2005 EP3 SWAP TO A K20A2 6 SPEED FULL BOLT ONS WHEN IM DRIVING NORMAL SHIFTING GEARS AT 3K IS KEWL AND SMOOTH BUT WHEN IM PUSHING TO LIKE 7K AND MORE ITS HARD TO GET INTO GEARS I FEEL LIKE IM FORCING IT AND SOMETHING IS GONNA SNAP....HELP ME PLZ N THANKS

    second, check you shifter cables and trans fluid

    soory noob to site ma bad..did fluid tuesday was thinking about the shifter dont sure what to look for

    possible pressure plate issue? i just had the same thing happen to me. they opened my shit up and my pressure plate was fucked. two if the springs were blown out of it. when sitting idle and you push in the clutch do you hear anything wacky?

    I had that forced shifting and i recommend that if they go in at 3k keep it that way and again as someone mentioned its probably ur pressure plate, springs probably popped off... Happened to me...
    PS: I wouldnt keep trying to shift at 7k if u feel like u have to force it in, ur gonna break something

    yeah i stopped driving pass 4k i just cruise around just being trying to fix it. thanks for the help really appreciate it
    going to drop transmission this week and see the cables are fine had a buddy of my help me with it. anybody can recommend any good clutch kits was going to get a ACT ?

    I wouldnt buy a ACT clutch, their flywheels are about it as far as dependability goes.

    This is a normal failure mode for the synchros/shift dogs in the transmission and or the clutch.


    This type of failure is also very prevalent when a stage2-3 clutch is installed without adding a washer under the throwout pivot ball.

    talon to the rescue again. +1 for not flaming the guy for wanting some help. i cant stand flamers! if you got a problem then just move on and waste your energy on something else.

    You could try to get as much throw on your clutch pedal as you can, this "may" help the situation, give it a try and let us now if it helps at all.
