    rally mudflaps?

i was wondering if anyone new what material would be best to use for some custom rally mudflaps.

i hate when my ep3 gets extremely dirty from all the snow and slush up here

The factory mudflaps can not be beat, I spent several years rocking them and blitzkrieged the back dirt roads all year round!

i like the factory but i always have problems with salt and stuff getting behing them, and they are a pain to wash behind because of how they form around the body.
also i feel the rally ones will keep the car much cleaner, i also like the look of them

I applied laminX behind the stock mudflaps as well as along the rocker panels and bottom of the door. AWESOME protection! My old 1st gen Talon AWD was gutted with a 3" lift and a EVO trans case(selectable center diff), an absolute riot. We would take conventional studded Firestone Winterforce studded snows and break out the tire groover and siping iron and open up the tread pattern and add a ton more sipes. Very few vehicles could keep up on the backroads around here in the wintertime!

You could also try cutting up a crazy carpet (the things kids use to slide down snowy hills).

I have the factory flaps now, but they don't fit on the HFP kit, and was thinking about the RallyArmor ones. Anyone have pics of this combo? Would it look like isht?

You might want to save up a bit and get the $100 UR ones. The regular ones aren't flexible and will warp after some use. The UR ones the flexible and will stay in shape even after rough uses.
