how are you supposed to clean it? maybe the filter cleaner from k&n. but do you need to oil it. or just use the cleaner. rinse it well then let it dry?

you can blow it out from the inside out. or you can rinse it in a mild cleaner. something along the lines of simple green

I think you can, but i wouldnt let it sit in too long. The spoon filter is foam vs others that are paper
