Exhaust question for future K20a2 swap

If and when I do a k20a2 swap will my k20a3 ws2 exhaust be able to come over to the greener pastures? or will I be left with a ws2 that only fits the k20a3 set up?
I want to get something on the a3 now, as the a2 swap is hopefully 2/3 years away.

As long as you use a USDM EP3 specific race header or header/catalytic converter combo, it will bolt right up.
