Nope no caster adjustments on 90% of cars around, it's an angle that's designed into the suspension. Sports cars and higher end stuff will have an adjustment, but not a civic. If it's that far off you need it aligned so often I'd wonder if something is loose.

Actually it's negligible in a street car. A breeze can shift the readings more than the 180lb difference. Crazy ones are BMW, they want a full tank, 150lbs in each F. seat, 75lbs in the back seat, and 150lbs. in the trunk. Do you know anyone that drives their BMW like that daily?? Now don't get me wrong, if someone comes in that knows enough to ask, I'll do it..
