make sure you check all the other fuses as well. this happened to me, and i ended up having 3-4 blown fuses [some unrelated fuses as well].

I had this problem when i installed my hid's... i had to switch some wires around and it fixed the problem, but it seems like yours were working fine for quite some time. So what i would do is check for any loose grounds or positive wires that has to do with your hid instal. You never know something could have come loose or burnt up. It jsut takes one little wire to screw a whole bunch of crap up.Best of luck to you.

I'm going to say the re-based HID bulbs you have or the ballast. If they were working for a a year with no problem, then either of those two. I head that HID kits go on ebay for 535

if it was something with the hid's though wouldn't i be shorting the fuses for headlights? my headlights/hid's are working fine. the fuse that keeps blowing is titled small light

I think is from the harness..my friend had this problem and we took the whole Hid harness we saw why it was doing it...two wires were rubbing against each other ...so check the whole harness and u might find the problem
