Thought someone said it was legal as long as the motor didn't come out of a truck (suv), a la k24a1.

It could come with all accessories, just depends what they decide to leave on it. Mine came with everything except A/C compressor and starter.

chubbychu got sent to ref by a cop with his k24a2 swapped EP3 and they failed him immediately because of the modified coolant ports and something to do with valves and the ECU. they basically told him he'd never pass smog or ref with that motor. so while not entire illegal, you won't pass smog the "legit" way. if you have a hook up on smog, just keep your fingers crossed you dont get sent to the ref.

congrats udontknowjack, you got a great deal!

You know that's a bunch of BS, right.

Don't waist your time looking for a hook up and just install the motor and piping correctly, take it to the ref and pass it. If installed correctly, you should have no problem.
