    Did you upgrade you springs/retainers with the BC cams? I'm shopping for valve train and don't want to swap to springs that are too stiff, it'll be for a K24A1.

    So I got dynotuned tonight. Gained 7hp and 11 pounds of torque at 11.3 peak PSI. Tuner said the car makes power quicker throughout the midrange but falls off quicker at high end. I'll post some graphs once I scan them.

    ok soo n/a cams do work ok but you lose a little psi or boost but the hp makes up for that cool cool...

    still not understanding why people put a N/A cam on a boosted car.
    You have to look for a cam that minimizes overlap.

    Yes, lift and duration. It's why I'm on OEM Cams. ITR intake and '04 a2 exhaust cam. Midrange through the roof and still pulling power at 9k rpm. Honda FTW!

    Sorry, Skunk 2 = junk IMHO.

    Because it has been proven to work on two lobe applications. The hasport crx picked up 20+ when they added skunk2 stage II cams to a jrsc k24a4. Beechstreet just picked up 7hp and 11tq with stage I cams. However, when it comes to 3 lobe, I haven't seen any proof that n/a cams work well with a supercharger, but they are being used in some applications turbocharged on k20a.org putting down 600+
