Ok, so I took my ep into the shop to have my ball joints swapped out and a few other things done and the person at the desk asked me if I had had my car imported? I was surprised and said ummm no why? And she goes well you VIN starts with an S and its also showing up on my computer that it is a Great Britatin/UK model. I was very surprised to hear this but was wondering what the difference in the US and UK was? Or if this is true or not?

All EP3's ever made were built in england, even the JDM EP3-R's were built in england

Lol I also had a similar situation once. I just went ahead and said, "yeah, it's imported". Since I didn't say I myself imported the car, there was no lying.

LOL. I totally did the same thing when I bought my EP. I looked at the VIN and wondered: "WTF is the S for?" A google search later showed me this site and explained what the "S" meant.
