i've few questions :P
what coilover are you on? and how many inches you dropped? what size of wheels/tires?
the x-brace are def.stiffer than the lower arm bar from spoon....from what Ed(from Opak/Spoon)says, DC5 & EP3 Front Lower Arm Bars are identical....besides, i dont think i'd be installing them anytime soon....and you are right about the rear....bolts up easily....
