uh, knowing enkei its original...now its a similiar style to other wheels, i mean technically its the same style as dc5r and 05/06 rsx base wheels...its also like the work cr kais which rota makes a replica of...but its a fucking split 5 spoke, i mean even the 02/03 usdm si wheels fall into the same category.

also when it comes to wheels or even car design, its all been done before. im sure you could go to the guy who designed those wheels at enkei and he would tell you he was inspired by another design he had seen and he had always wanted to try a thin split 5 spoke. so then if you went to the guy who designed those wheels the enkei guy was inspired by, hed tell you he was inspired by another design.

its all been done before in some way and designers learn from other designers...if you like a wheel and it holds up to whatever you want it to do and is in your price range, who cares what brand is stamped, cast, printed, painted, or stuck onto it
