i've contemplated making front strut bars for us, the refinishing is $$ though, i wouldn't have the money up front to have it done for a handful of pieces.

plus i wanted to make a 3 point, but i dont see a good 3rd point.

What refinishing? Just make it aluminum. The buyer will powder coated on their own. The third point could be similiar to the rsx. When I have time, I will look for a third point.

You tig or mig? I think tig is the best way to go IMO.

using the 06 RSX-S gussets (which are DC5R spec) you get a total of 4 more mounting points. You could have saved yourself more money going that route. i think I picked up the gussets for $16/each.

some people have even used liquidnails to make it extra rigid.

After shipping and all, it's about $50. I know the gussets are good, but I just wanted to try things out. Gussets plus this white bar. Are liquidnails the same as those industrial epoxy used on the new fd2r chasis?
