I have it and yes it does have a cutout for the antenna.
I got my local Honda dealer to match the price of $135 found @ http://www.discount-hondaparts.com/cgi-bin/cp-app.cgi
I also plan to use this method again to get the red engine cover to match my red K&N Typhoon that is on the way. :)
Edit/FYI: The cover is a special order and the dealer might not have them in stock...so call ahead.
