need z3 swap help!

So im getting a pretty good deal on a z3 from a 07 si that got franked! Have a few questions tho....

1.) Do i need k pro or can i use my emanage?

2.) Doesnt have a tranny, will my 5 speed tranny work fine?

3.) Am i gonna have to swap over water pump, alt, starter, etc...?

4.) Will my all turbo kit bolt right up to the z3?

the 5spd will work

water pump, alt and starter from the z3 will work

It should bolt up fine, the mani is different so there could be an issue with fitment on the RBC mani.
