    Front strut bump stops replacement

I went to get my oil changed today and found out that my front strut bump stops need to be replaced on my '05 EP3. Honda quoted me $550 to replace them ($50 for parts, the rest for 4.5 hours labor!). I found the parts for $28, but would have no way to do it myself. I'd like to get the HFP suspension kit, but can't find any online. Any tips or suggestions on replacing them?

Thanks, whatsvtec. I like what I've read of the A-spec's performance, but would basically have to reboot my life to aquire the tools and wisdom to accomplish that task. The coilovers sound really cheap, but seem to be a great value.

Anyone know of a good Dallas area tuner shop that is trustworthy?

No prollum! Those two threads should be stickied for the amount of people that ask abt reasonable suspension re-freshers.
Check the regional sub-forums about possible shops, or see if there's any auto enthusiast forums that are local to you. I'm from the Rust-Belt so I can't help with that.
