    rokkor/raceland coilover help!

I am totally confused about adjusting the ride height on my coilovers. There are 2 rings and the bottom ring is to lock the coil in place. I loosen up the locking ring and adjust the coil with the top ring but when i go to adjust lower the spring decompresses and doesnt seem to lower it Or when you compress the spring upwards is that lowering it? I am totally confused.

    The suspension must settle.

Every time you jack the car up it needs to be driven a little to settle back to where the spring will really sit.
