bad springs??

so im a little stuck right now on my struts are bad or springs
my struts have no leak and doesnt bounce around like when they r blown

but when i drive almost any bump it sounds like a loud bang i even took off my 18 rims and put the stock 16s and still feel the bangs

i tryed to google and bing about bad springs but came up with nothing

so was wondering if i can get some help from you guys how to tell when your springs are bad.
the car when i bought it already had 114k miles and is lowered idk what brand the springs are and was given no info if the struts have ever been replaced

Replace both shocks and springs on all 4 corners....


but, you are hitting the bump stop when you hear the loud bang..... sounds like a blown shock to me.

yea i thought it was the strut right away but it wasnt jumping like my other cars have done in the past i was hoping it would be the springs haha
