Are you going to do it your self or have it done?
And do you have a paint equip, or do you plan to rattle can it?

If you're using a gun, you can order TW
or through a paint shop, they can get that color, or do their rendition of the color.

TW luckily isn't terribly hard to do.

    Make sure you clear them
It'll help keep them clean, and make them look good.

Oh and I say do white with the white ep.

i would do black just because i think the contrast would look better and white wheels would probably be a bitch to keep clean. if you color match to TW though they could look ultra bitchin. the biggest thing is they won't look good in any color if done wrong, but it sounds like you're gonna do it legit with the sandblasting and paint gun. just make sure to keep em waxed afterward so the dirt and brake dust is easier to clean off and won't damage the clearcoat.

even some of the fake 2 piece look alike wheels, have removable screws
    Check, they might be.

Iv decided to do black with polished lip and Screws. If I sand blast the entire wheel, how hard will it be to bring the lip back to a polish?

it'll probably be a bitch to polish back up. if you do a couple layers of masking tape over the lip it should keep the sandblaster from ruining the polished finish. not sure what you could do about the screws though
