    Harness's... are ebay ones no good?

    Okay so recently i got witz bride seats and a harness bar. Are ebay ones terrible or are they decent? I know its my safety and i dont want to mess with that, but i dont have money for somethink like a takata; Here are some inks.\

    I feel like I always whore up your threads haha sorry

    I'd rather use an expired Takata or Schroth than a new cheapie ebay one. ( i think they have expiration dates)
    I'm sure the strap/ nylon ish part is fine, but I'd be worried about the stitching and the "buckle" essentially.

    Oh and properly mounting the harness is KEY for safety.

    if you don't plan on driving you car, sure - but why would you cheap out on something that could save your life?

    the expiration date is only for sanctioned racing, they are viable for well after that(the main issue is UV breakdown of the material in the harnesses.

    I avoid EBAY like the plague, nothing but scams and cheap assed chinese built crap that shouldnt even be used for photo ops!

    haha its okay i love it dude, you always have helpful info, and same to you talon... and yes i ended up goetting nrg 4 pooint ones... i'll pay for safety haha

    You need something that has a certification whether that's fia or sfi approved...not saying it must be within date, but id want something safe if it were me.

    Check out crow harnesses, they are fairly affordable, like 150 each for a 5point 3" belt camlock setup

    Or check out summit racing
