mugen lip questions...

Hey guys I'm pretty new to the ep3 world. I picked up an '05 NHBP ep3 in May. I like the original Mugen lip that was made for the '02-'03's. Does anyone know if it will fit the '05 bumpers? I also have read that it may not bolt up to the usdm bumpers properly. If this is true can I put an '02-'03 jdm bumper on my '05? Sorry if this is the wrong forum to ask in. I posted under the exterior mods section first, but no answers.
Also I'm looking to delete the rear wiper. I've seen two different parts to do so. One looks basically like a single rubber plug for the glass, and the other looks to be something maybe metallic with multiple pieces to secure it to the glass. Will either work? Any suggestions/preferences. Thanks.

Nice choice in a car to pick up ;D to answer your question about the mugen lip, from what i know (someone correct me if i'm wrong) you need to get a JDM bumper to fit the lip. while you're at it, i do believe you also need to make sure to get the 02/03 jdm bumper if you wanna rock the 02/03 mugen lip. Along with that, you will need to cut holes in the bumper to fit the lip, and you need to either cut your rebar or get a JDM rebar so the bumper goes on correctly too.

If you want to rock the 02-03 lip you will need to buy the 02-03 JDM front bumper
If you want to rock the 04-05 lip you will need to buy the 04-05 JDM front bumper

All CTR rear bumpers fit with CTR lip. you will need to either replace the rebar with a CTR one, modify it, or get rid of it.

just FYI, the ep3r REAR rebar will NOT fit/bolt onto a usdm ep3si.

That looks so clean.. My poor ass is going to have to stick with the replica bullshit. I rather spend the mula on engine and suspension components. Not everyone can have everything :(
