It's cheaper to boost than do bolt ons with our craptastic stock motor. I don't think you're even supposed to run the reflash with a race header. Kpro > reflah
I would turbo but it would get expensive fast, so what im planning on doing is catback, race header, intake and hondata reflash. how much gains can i see along with running 93 if its tuned for it??? sorry for noobish question, my first honda and i want to get as much power out of the econo engine..

i meant kpro, sorry. i would turbo and i know our engines have low compression, but will turbo'ing my hatch reduce the reliability of the engine and it wont last as long?
youd spend about twice as much just to get an n/a motor to get to 300whp than going boost. and the funny part is you cant even hit 300 whp n/a with an a3 but its very possible with boost.
and no it wont be less reliable if you go boost, its just you have to keep a close observation on your car, well moer than usual anyways.
if you want reliabilty check your compression, do a leak down, and if eveythings fine go boost and find a great tuner
Yeah what joostin said, he's been boosted all kinds of ways in 2 different EPs
i gotta start saving up and go on a giant budget within the next 2 months lol
with those mods your probably look at around 170 or so, with stage 3 cams i only made 196
what about the rev-hard kit set at like 10 psi for a daily driver?
Revhard was a great turbo kit. Where can you find them new though?
you can piece together a kit for far less than $4000
thats still alot of money for a 16 year old... i work alot, atleast 40 hours a week during summer, so im hoping to go boosted within a couple months
