Hmmm... seems kind of odd, especially at that low torque. Contact them about it. I'm sure they will get you taken care of and would like to know about it so they can resolve any potential issues with their manufacturer.
So I was finishing the install of my Corsport stainless brake lines today, and one of the banjo bolts snapped. It pissed me off cuz it was leaking fluid all over my freshly painted calipers... luckily enough the part that snapped off in the caliper was far enough out that I could twist it out by hand. I was torquing it to the OEM spec of 25 lbs/ft... I dont know what happened
heres a pic
I was thinking of reusing my stock banjo bolts cuz the corsport ones looked and felt pretty cheap, and aparently they were. Kinda makes me want to take all the other corsport ones out too...
Has this happened to anyone else?
