      02-03 bumper fit 04-05 model??

      so a friend has an 02-03 model bumper with a mugen rep lip and mugen grill that I've been interested in getting and before I jump the gun and offer him a price jus wanted to kno if it would fit properly because some parts I kno differ from 02-03 and 04-05 model. all help would be appreciated thanks.
