Hi from Australia,

this is my Civic EP3 Type R which i've owned for the past 8 months and i love it to bits!
got it for a reasonable price (around the same price as others) but packed with ALOT of goodies which im pretty happy about. Thought i'd join this forum as its very active and we don't have a secluded "EP3" forum in Australia.

thanks guys, should be ordering my new rotors and pads next week
would anyone be able to help me with

1. in most cases when i take off normally and steer the wheel is it natural for the steering wheel to Squeak? it sounds like a rubbery sound and its usually happening when i turn at low speeds...

2. When coming to a stop the idle will go slightly above one, and then takes its time to finally set on one. Happens every time when i first bought the car it would make a smooth transition to one unlike now...

haha thanks for the support guys had abit fof a idling problem over the weekend
took apart the throttle body which was filthy and the IACV valve which i gave a clean cars more responsive now and the idle isnt as sticky when put into neutral it still however hovers just abit over 1,000 before finally settling down, signs of my IACV giving up on me? opinions?

things ive done so far

- cleaned throttle body / iacv
- cleaned intake manifold with upper engine clean
- topped up coolant
- adjusted throttle cable

HUR1CNE, your rides my inspiration haha its so clean! and the height is so perfect for all the mugen parts! its lowered so nicely

charles yeah adjusted it to the maximum i could with the stock mounting holes found on the wing

Siborg wow, really? the hoods are that rare, well thats a bonus :)

haha thanks! i bought it like that hopefully ill be making more of my own contributions to the car! it is however a very good foundation to start off my modding :)
