Drive door window rattle

Anyone have issues with the driver door window rattle? when i have the window down and listneing to music and when closing door with window down i hear it banging onto something.... i also find that the window doesnt close properly..... i took out doorcard tightened the bolts for the window and the window regulator and it still rattles. I did however notice that i can move the window if i grab it...so could it be regulator broken or loose?

If it won't close, the rubber gasket that runs along the window frame may be twisted or out of place, I'd check there.
