Opinons on EBC Greenstuff or Hawk HPS Brake Pads Needed?

Seeing that there are a few guys with brake pad experience on this forum, just wondering if any of you can give us your opinion on the two brake pads - EBC Greenstuff, an Hawk HPS.

Looking to get some new pads for a daily driver that may do one track event per season. I want pads that are quiet, not overly dusty, with better than stock bite. The pads have to be rotor friendly as well, for reliability reasons. I can get either of these two pads locally, just wondering if either of them are any good.

Any info would be appreciated. thanks.

Both pads are great. I actually use both for all the street kits i build.

IMO, i think the EBC pads are a little softer, a little less dusty, and a little less noisey then the Hawk pads. The Hawk pads havea little more metal in them so they will hold up a bit better under pressure. The EBC on the other hand give amazing pedal feel because of the organic base, very OEM like feel.

You really cant go wrong with either choice. But if you can deal with it, go for the Hawk pads.
