p1106 CEL need help!!

just replaced my engine harness with a 02 harness
ran fine for the first couple of minutes
CEL came on with a p1106 baro sensor range/ performance..
now i went from 1st to 2nd then the idle redlined at 7500
checked the hood for the throttle cable to check if it was touching, so i left the hood cracked
and tucked the throttle cable to the side.
drove home about half a mile. checked my kpro and i got the same code ive been reading that it might be a bad ecu?? just need to make sure if it is... hopefully its not!

Drove car to work perfectly fine,
Omw home from work. Driving onto the freeway, I hit 5tg gear and my car begins to accelerate by itself, doesn't go down at all so I completely turn it off before it redlines, pull over, mess with the throttle cable, try to turn it on again, does the same thing for about 7 times, finally I turn it on and it idled normal. So confused, might be my tps, throttle cable, throttle body? Idk any one have this problem before or heard of it. Need help, ima start experimenting with my buddyy throttle body and switch parts out to start cancelling out possibilities
