'02 Headlights to 04-05?

Hey guys!
I've been searching for quite some time, and can't find an answer to my future plans. I have a 2002 Ep3 with 2002 headlights. Now I'd like to swap out for OEM 04-05 headlights, because they have 2 seperate bulbs for high/low and they look better. But people are telling me I'm gonna need to change certain things and a new harness and stuff? Can someone please tell me the specifics to doing this mod or where I can get the H4 Harness i believe it is? I am paypal ready!

Perfect, thanks again! I am for sure going to go with HIDS, so I guess post 4. I never even asked, yours come with HIds right?

What will I need to install HIDs on my Low beams? Will it be a simple connection to the harness, or an additional one? Lol sorry for my noobness.
