Im in the market for an LSD but stumble across a k series race spool 400.

I tried to search on Google but not very much good info came up.

I think it is just a permanently locked diff, which is bad. Don't plan on driving your car on the street with it like that if you do decide to go that way.. That's a drag car thing cause they're just going in a strait line.

I would get a Quaife LSD.. They're twice as much, but they have a lifetime warranty on them. And you can always sell it when you're done with your car and get a good bit of your money back because they DO have the lifetime warranty.

for drag racing only...i would. not for a dd. this will tear up your tires and eventually your steering rack. it makes steering a pain in the ass if its completely locked all the time.

Basically a welded diff. I drove a friends talon with a welded diff. Wasn't so good with the whole turning thing cars like to do. Also very noisy when you do anything but drive on a straight flat road. It very simply splits power 50/50. Quaife is a great option with their warranty, and being that it sends power to the wheel that needs it more, means you can turn!

If you're lucky, it breaks on the side that there's grass on.
