This is an ever expanding compendium of the options available in the form of headers for Ep3. This thread is being made to outlay a well rounded if not complete list of all the shorty and race header options for our chassis. This thread will center around the headers themselves, but not catalytic convetors which will have it's own thread. It will give a brief idea of prices, pics, and styles.
Ep3 Shorty Header Options
Ep3/Base DC5 OEM header

Misc. - CARB & SMOG legal.
Type-S DC5 OEM header
Cost - Free to $75
Exhaust style needed - Type S style midpipe or JDM/EDM Ep3 style midpipe & Ep3 muffler.
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classfieds, and junkyard
Misc. - CARB & SMOG legal. Would need Type S catalytic converter. Probably not worth the upgrade.
USDM Ep3 Comptech Shorty header
Cost - $100 to $530 depending on condition
Exhaust style needed - Ep3 style midpipe & muffler.
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classfieds, and Comptech
Misc. - CARB & SMOG legal. Probably the best legal shorty header available.
USDM Ep3 Borla Shorty header
Cost - $100 to $250 depending on condtion
Exhaust style needed - Ep3 style midpipe and muffler.
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classfieds,and ebay
Misc. - Debatably the best SHORTY header available. Longest primaries before merging into a 2.5" collector.
DC Sports & Ebay Replica Shorty header
Cost -$30 to $200 depending on condition and if it's ebay vs. DC sports original
Exhaust style needed - Ep3 style midpipe and muffler.
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classifieds, ebay, and junkyard.
Misc. - Just a very basic smoth 4-1 shorty header.
Race Headers
OEM 4-2 & 2-1 OEM DC5 ITR Header
Cost - $200 to $350 depending on condition.
Exhaust style needed - RSX-S, JDM/UKDM Ep3, DC5 ITR
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classifieds, ebay, JDM importers.
Misc. - Not CARB or SMOG legal, although it does include an integrated OEM catalytic convertor. Two piece, dual flanged header.
DC Race Header
Cost - $100 to $250 depending on condition and ceramic or stainless.
Exhaust style needed - USDM Ep3 (if specified), Base RSX (if specified), OR RSX-S, JDM/UKDM Ep3, DC5 ITR.
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classifieds, ebay, or possibly even a junkyard.
Misc. - Sequential primary designed 4-2-1 header. Cheapest race header other than Ebay race headers.
Comptech Race Header
Cost - $200 to $500 depending on condition.
Exhaust style needed - RSX-S, JDM/UKDM Ep3, DC5 ITR
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classifieds, or ebay.
Misc. - Discontinued. Sequential primary designed 4-2-1 header.
Buddy Club Race Header
Cost - $250 to $800 depending on condition and how many springs are missing.
Exhaust style needed - RSX-S, JDM/UKDM Ep3, DC5 ITR.
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classifieds, ebay, or our vendors.
Misc. - Non-sequential primary designed 4-2-1 header. If used, make sure all springs come with it.
Invidia Race Header
Cost - $150 to $650 depending on condition

Misc. - Non-sequential primary designed 4-2-1 header.
Kidd Racing Race Header
Exhaust style needed - RSX-S, JDM/UKDM Ep3, DC5 ITR.
Cost - $200 to $500 depending on condition.

Misc. - Copy of SSR header. Also known under other names (Private label, clubrsx, etc.). Non-sequential primary designed 4-2-1 header.
SSR Race Header
Cost - $400 to $1000 depending on condition.
Exhaust style needed - RSX-S, UKDM/JDM Ep3, DC5 ITR.
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classifieds, ebay, or from various vendors.
Misc. - Non-sequential primary designed 4-2-1 header. Designed by Six Sigma Racing. Considered one of the top three header designs.
Hytech Race Header
Cost - $600 to $1500 depending on condition and design
Exhaust style needed - Any. Custom to original buyers specifications.
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classifieds, ebay, or Hytech.
Misc. - Non-sequential primary designed 4-2-1 header. Can be custom ordered to your engine specifications. Considered the best or one of the best K-series header designers on the market.
Megan Race Header
Cost - $80 to $300 depending on condition and design
Exhaust style needed - USDM Ep3, Base RSX, or RSX-S, JDM/UKDM Ep3, DC5 ITR.
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classifieds, ebay, or Hytech.
Misc. - Sequentially designed 4-2-1 header. Similar design to DCRH, with possibly larger primaries.
OBX ver. 1 Race Header
Cost - $50 to $150 depending on condition. Only available used.
Exhaust style needed - USDM Ep3, Base RSX, or RSX-S, JDM/UKDM Ep3, DC5 ITR.
Where to find - Craigslist, forum classifieds, or ebay.
Misc. - Sequentially designed 4-2-1 header. Almost exact copy of DCRH. Discontinued. Redesigned into Ver. 2.
OBX ver. 2 Race Header
Cost - $125 to $ 250 depending on condition.

Maxim Works Race Header

Mugen Race Header

Spoon 4-2 & 2-1 Race Header
Cost - $500 to $1500 depending on condition.

Misc. - More refined version of OEM ITR header. Two piece dual flanged designed header. JDM Bling (?).
TODA Race Header
Cost - $300 to $1400 depending on condition.

Misc. - TODA quality. Non-Sequentially paired 4-2-1 header. Comes with integrated flex pipe.
XS Power Race Header
NOTE - Actual pic of Vibrant RH. Could not find pic.
Cost - $50 to $150 depending on condition. Discontinued (?).

Jackson Racing Race Header
Cost - $100 to $350 depending on condition. Discontinued.

T1R Race Header
Cost - $600 to $1200 depending on condition.

Misc. - Non-Sequentially paired 4-2-1 designed header. Looks to be similar to Buddy Club RH. JDM bling (although from Canada?).
